A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING EXECUTION QF ELECTRIC EASEMENT AGREE- MENT GATED JANUARY 20, 19 SAN DIEGQ GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY, AND DIRECTIbIG CITY CLERK TO RECORD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the City Council does hereby authorize and direct
the Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City of
Carlsbad that certain Electric Easement Agreement dated January 20,
1965, with the San Diego Gas & Electric Company.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record said docu ent when fully executed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held January '89, 1965, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes
NOES: None ,
