RESOLUTION NO. 1101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DIRECTING
TIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 1-1964)
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
that the said City Council proposes to cause to be improved in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, the
following street or public way, to wit:
The construction of concrete combination curb and gutter, drainage structures and appurtenances thereof, 2" asphaltic concrete pavement with stone chip seal and select sub-base, if needed, 4' concrete sidewalks,
8" sanitary sewer main with 4" sewer service laterals and appurtenances thereof, 6" water main including fire hydrants and 1 I' copper services with appurtenances thereof, and the resetting of fences as needed, in Stratford Lane in its entirety;
and
R RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carasbad that Wayne P. Lill, Engineer of the City of Carlsbad, be
and he is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for
said proposed work; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work shall
be taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Improvement Act
of 1911" under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Wayne P. Lill, be and he
is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and the
district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Wayne P. Lill is hereby directed
to denominate said plans, "Plans for improvements in Assessment
District No, 1-1964, Stratford Lane in its entirety:, and that said
Engineer shall designate said specifications for such proposed
improvements, "Specifications for improvements in Assessment Distric
NO. 1-1 964".
