RESOLUTION NO. 1105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REQUESTING
CLARING THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWERS.
OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER, AND DE-
(Proposed Assessment District No. 1-1965)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad tha
the installation of sanitary sewers, appurtenants
work in Chinquapin Avenue from Garfield Street to the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad Right of Nay be, and it is hereby
found and declared to be necessary as a health measure, and that
assessment proceedings should be initiated to install said sanitary
sewers; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad be, and she is hereby directed to advise the Health Officer
of the City of Carlsbad that it is the finding of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad that the installation of such sanitary
sewers is necessary as a health measure and that said Health Offict
be requested to investigate said proposed installation of sewers,
and if the said Health Officer feels that the installation of sewei
in said street is necessary as a health measure, to advise this
City Council that such is the case and to recommend that assessment
proceedings should be initiated for the construction of said sanitz
sewers.
