A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPOINTING PERSON TO' PREPARE ALL PROCEEDINGS.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 1-1965)
RESOLVED that STUART C. WILSON be, and he is hereby appointed
as attorney to prepare all resolutions, notices and other papers anc
proceedings for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter
authorized by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for the
proposed improvement of Assessment District No. 1-7965 in said City
of Carlsbad; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Stuart C. Wilson shall
receive as compensation for the doing and performance of said work
the sum of Two Percent (2%) of the contract price, not including
incidentals; but in no event shall the amount of compensation, which
the said Stuart C. Wilson shall receive, be less than ONE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($100.00); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said compensation shall be paid
as follows:
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if said proceedings shall fail to
carry through to conclusion, then the said Stuart C. Milson shall be
paid a reasonable compensation for his services which he has perforrr-

j or rights of way, but shall be for the preparation of all resolutions,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said services shall not include any

of the "Improvement Act of 1911" in carrying through the proceed
for the work herein contemplated.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all of the compensation for usual
servicesg and exclusive of extraordinary servicesg being so allowed
aw, shall be payable to the to Stuart C. Wilson, as provided by
General Fund of the City of Carlsbad
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1965
by the following vote:
AYES : Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Hughes.
ABSENT: None.
