RESOLUTION NO. 1118
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING OPINION AND FINDING OF HEALTH OFFICER, AND ORDERING OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER SPREAD UPON THE MINUTES.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 2-1964)
WHEREAS, J. €3. ASKEW, M. D., Health Officer of the City of
Carlsbad, has certified to this Body that in his opinion the in-
stallation of sanitary sewers in Jerrama
as a health measure, and has recommended to this Body that assess-
ment proceedings be instituted for the installation of sanitary
sewers in said area, by a letter to this City Council dated
March 18, 1964.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said letter of the Health
Officer of the City of Carlsbad is hereby approved and ordered
spread upon the minutes of this Body in full.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Hughes.
