( (Assessment District No. 2-1964) OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DETER- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did upon th f March, 1965, adopt plans and specifications for the onstruction of sanitary sewers and appurtenances ork in the Terramar Sewer District; and and appurtenant WHEREAS, this City Counci 1 has ascertained the general prevai 1 ng rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said work is to e performed and this City Council has ascertained the general pre- ailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in said locality or each craft or type of workman needed to execute said contract; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, a1 i fornia, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as foll ows: Section 1. Said general prevailing rates shall be specified in the call for bids for said contract and in the contract itself.
