RESOLUTION NO. 1124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING AND AGREEING TO THI RD SUP-
PLEMENT TO BASIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN VISTA SANI -
TATION DISTRICT AND THE CI TY OF CARLSBAD FOR AC- QUI SI TION AND CONSTRUCT1 ON OF THE JOINT SEWER SYSTEM (AS AMENDED), PERMITTING THE SAN MARCOS
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT TO BECOME A PARTY TO THE BASIC AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID SUPPLEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CI TY
OF CARLSBAD, ---
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as
follows:
1. That the City of Carlsbad does hereby approve and agree to "THIRD
SUPPLEMENT TO BASIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN VISTA SANITATION
DISTRICT AND THE CI TY OF CARLSBAD FOR ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUC
TION OF A JOINT SEWER SYSTEM1'* (as amended), pc?rmiBtingl: arcos
County Water District to become a party to the basic agreement.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directec
;o execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad said "THIRD SUPPLEMENT TO
3ASIC AGREEMENT BETWEEN VISTA SANI TATION DISTRICT AND THE CIT
3F CARLSBAD FOR ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A JOINT SEWER
SYSTEM", (as amended), and all other documents necessary to effect executior;
)f said third supplement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Jarlsbad, at a regular meeting held bn the 16th day of March, 1965, by the
ollowing vote, to wit:

ABSENT: Councilman Hughes.
Councilmen Atkinson, Dunne, Neiswender and Jardine.
