A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
ING RESOLUTION NO. 1100 OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, AND APPOINTING PERSON
I TO PREPARE ALL - PROCEEDINGS, c_
(Proposed Assessment District No. 1-1964)
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBD, RESCIND-
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad that Resolution No.
100 is hereby rescinded, and STUART C, WILSON be, and he is hereby ap-
ointed as attorney to prepare all resolutions, notices and other papers and
roceedings for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter authorized
y the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for the proposed improvement of
Lssessment District No. 1-1964 in said City of Carlsbad; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Stuart C. Wilson shall receive
compensation for the doing and performance of said work the sum of Three
:rcent (3%) of the contract price, not including incidentals; but in no event
all the amount of compensation, which the said Stuart C. Wilson shall receive,
less than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said compensation shall be paid as follow;
contractor who may be awarded said contract by this Body.
(a) Three-fourths (314th~) at the time of signing the contract with the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if said proceedings shall fail to carry
irough to conclusion, then the said Stuart C. Wilson shall be paid a reasonable
ompensation for his services which he has performed, which in no event shall

and exclusive of extraodinary services, being so allowed to Stuart C. Wilson, 2i/ as provided by law, shall be payable to the General Fund of the City of Carlsbad.
