A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ATION OF'PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 3-1965)
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DIRECTING PREPAR-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
that Wayne P. Ill, Engineer of Work, be and he is hereby directed to
prepare plans and specifications for said proposed work; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work
shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Improvement
Act of 1911" under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Wayne P. Lill be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and
the district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improve-
ment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Wayne P. Lill is hereby directed
to denominate said plans "Improvement Plan and Profile for Acacia
Avenue, Project No. 5-6, Drawing No. 146-lo", and that said Engineer
shall designate said specifications for such proposed improvement
"Contract Documents and Construction Specifications No. 3-1965".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is
I hereby directed to prepare an estimate of the cost for the con-
struction of said work and improvements. I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he I
is hereby directed to prepare a wage scale to be paid to persons
employed in the construction of said work and improvements.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of April,
