RESOLUTION NO, 1135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CONDEMNATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Carlsbad, California, a Municipal
orporation, hereinafter referred to as CITY, by its City Council,

1, That CITY hereby finds and determines as follows:
That there is located in the City of Carlsbad, County

described on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein.
That the public interest and necessity requires the
acquisition by CITY of an easement for public utility
