A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ADOPTING AND SUB- MITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
I WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure
of the Engineering Allocation under Section 2107.5 of the Streets
and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of Carlsbad,
hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as
department; and
the
MHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1965-66 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad that said budget proposal dated April 30, 1965, be and is
hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the State
allocated Tunds for engineering to cities, said budget proposal
and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is directed to si
sign the same on behalf of said City, and said budget proposal to be
submi tted to the Department of Pub1 i c Works, State of California,
in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and
Highways Code.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of May, 1965,
