A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD MAKING FINDINGS AND REFERRING FINDINGS TO PLANNING COMMISSION AND REQUESTING FURTHER REPORT.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
S follows:
1. That it finds that the Planning Commission, when hearing
evidence and considering the application of John E, Fox
for a conditional use permit to allow over night parking
of campers, failed to consider some of the matters con-
tained in the attached report regarding that subject.
2, That it does hereby refer said findings and attached report
back to the Planning Commission and does request a further
report therefrom.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
:arlsbad City Council held on the 18th day of - May , 1965, by --
:he following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, Neikwender, Atkinson, Hughes, and Jardine
