RESOLUTION NO. 1152
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAy DIRECTING THAT CERTAIN STREET WORK BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION AND TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ENGINEER OF WORK.
(Assessment District No. 1-1964)
WHEREAS, heretofore on this date, this City Council of the
City of Carlsbad has adopted its Resolution No. 1151 ordering cer-
tain street improvements, said work being more particularly des-
cribed in its Resolution No. 1128 and shown on plans (which include
profiles and detailed drawings) designated "Construction Plans for
the improvement of Stratford Lane in its entirety, Project No. 3-44,
Drawing No. 141-Z", consisting of three sheets, and in accordance
with said plans and with the specifications for said work, which
are designated "Contract Documents and Specifications No. 1-1964"
on file in the office of said City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that said work shall be done under
the direction and to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work, and
that the materials used shall comply with said specifications and
be to the satisfaction of said Engineer of Work instead of the
Superintendent of Streets of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that said work
shall be done under the direction of and to the satisfaction of said
Engineer of Work and the materials used shall comply with said
specifications and be to the satisfaction of said Engineer of Work
instead of the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Carlsbad. I

Council held on the 18th day of May, 1965, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Hughes, Atkinson and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
