RESOLUTION NO, 1155
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING A PRECISE PLAN FOR ELM AVENUE FROM PI0 PIC0 DRI VE TO EL CAPdLINO REAL
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of May, 1965 the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad held a duly advertised hearing to consider the adoption of
the precise plan, attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part
hereof; and
YVTFEREAS, the Planning Commission by Resolution of more than two-
thirds of its members recommended the proposed precise plan to the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEXEAS, on May 20, 1965, notice of time and place of hearing was
published in the Carlsbad Journal; and
WHEREAS, on June 1, 1965 a hearing was held wherein the City Council
received recommendations and heard all persons interested in or opposed to
the adoption of the proposed precise plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad that the Precise Plan as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof BE DECLARED AND ADOPTED as a precise plan
for the development of that land within the City of Carlsbad,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND DECLARED t5at the City Manager
and persons working under his direction are assigned the duty of enforcing
and requiring compliance with the requirements of said Precise Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 1st day of June, 1965, by the following vote:
AYES. Councilmen Neiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None ABSTAINED: Councilman Dunne
