CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF VISTA, THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAs AND THE VISTA FIRE PRO-
TECTION DISTRICT FOR THE ADDITION OF THE VISTA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT TO TKE: MUTUAL FIRE FIGHTING ASSISTANCE AGREEMEX" DATED JANUARY 19, 1965.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
and directed to execute that certain agreement between the City of Vista
California, and the City of Carlsbad, California, and the Vista Fire
Protection District a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit ''A'*.
