That the action of the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad in passing Planning Commission Resolution No. 393 allowing over night camping at FOX'S Snug HZLT~OT, subject to certain %ems, conditions, and limitations, is hereby reversed, and the saiJ requested conditional use perrsiit is denied . 2.
