RESOLUTION NO, 1167
A RESOLUTION OF' THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ORDERING CHANGES IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 2-1964,
(Assessment District No. 2-1964)
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing at the Council
Chambers at 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 7:30 P.M. on
August 3, 1965, to hear and pass on objections, if any, to the below described
changes in Assessment District No, 2-1964; and
WHERmS, the City Council did then and there hear and pass on all
objections, if any, which were made; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does hereby find said objections, if any,
;o be insufficient;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby order the following
:hanges made in Assessment District no. 2-1964:
A, Amend plans and specifications by deleting therefrom standby

It is necessary as a part of the proceedings that the above described
easements be acquired and that the cost of the said acquisition, including in-
