A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF CARLSBAD, APPROYING MUTUAL FIRE PRQT.ECTI0N AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACTING THROUG THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, DIVISION OF FORESTRY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, has proposed to enter
into an agreement for mutual fire protection aid with the City of
Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 17th i I
day of August, 1965, has duly considered said agreement and having
found the same to serve the beneficial purposes of the City of

WHEREAS, the State of California acting through the Department
Carlsbad;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad
be authorfzed to and he is hereby instructed to sign said agreement
for mutual fire protection aid for and in behalf of the City of 1
Carlsbad, I
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held on the I 1 17th day of August, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
