RESOLUTION NO. 1176
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DECLARING WEEDS AND TRASH UPON CERTAIN PROPERTIES TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE, AND DESCRIBING SUCH PROPERTY; ORDERING THE PUBLIC CaORKS DIRECTOR TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCES, SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF OBJECTIONS TO THE PROPOSED
ORDER OF ABATEMENT.

2. That the Public Works Director of the City of Carlsbad is
iereby instructed to abate such nuisances in accordance with the pro
visions of Ordinance No, 5010-A and Ordinance No. 5038 of the City o

3. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad shall hold
I hearing at the hour of 7:30 o’clock P.M., on Tuesday, the 7th day
if September, 1965, at 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive, for the purpose of con-
sidering all objections or protests, if any9 to the proposed abate-
ment of the nuisances.
4. In accordance with the provisions of Section 9 of Ordjnanc
NQ, 5010-A as amended by Ordinance No. 5038, the Public Works Direct
or is ordered to send post card notices to the owners of affected p
property, as such owners appeared on the last equalized assessment
roll at least seven (7) days prior to date of hearing.
5. In the event any of the nuisances herein declared have bee
abated to the satisfaction of the Public lrlorks Director by the vol-
untary act of the affected property owners, their agents or employee
prior to the date of hearing fixed herein, then in such event the
Public lrlorks Director 5s authorized and directed to delete such
