TENTATIVE' MAP OF FALCON HILLS UNIT x4 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 9th day of November, 1965, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map of Falcon Hills Unit #4 be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 16th day of November, 1965, considered the recommendation of the Plannin: Commi ss i on ; NOU, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentati map of FALCON HILLS UNIT 84 SUBDIVISION, subject to the following requirements and cond-i ti ons being performed by the Subdi vi der; 1. All domestic wa,ter supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be ;ewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System, 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same tr n in any part of this subdivision. 4.
