RESOLUTION NO. 1200
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of November, 1965, the Carlsbad City
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 414, which is herewith
referred to and made a part hereof; and

NHEREAS, on the 21st day of December, 1965, at a duly advertised

public hearing the City Council of the City of Carlsbad considered
the Planning Commission's Resolution No. 414; and I I i WHEREAS, at said hearing the City Council heard all persons in-
terested in or opposed to the recommendations of the Planning Com-
mission as set forth in Resolution No. 414; and

constitute the findings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND DECLARED that the City Council hereby/ I
certifies that the approval of the amendment to Ordinance No. 9060,
as approved by the Planning Commission, is necessary to carry out

I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare1 I
Ordinance No. 9060 as follows: I
"SECTION 306. CLASSIFICATION OF ANNEXED AND UNCLASSIFIED
2611 its intention to adopt an aordinance to effectuate the change in 1
2711 Ordinance No. 9060.
PROPERTY. Any un-prezoned property which is annexed to the

e . City and any property within the City limits, which is un-
zoned is hereby automatically zoned R-1-10. Unincorporated
territory or property adjacent to the City may be prezoned
for the purpose of determining a zone which will apply to
such property in the event of subsequent annexation to the
Cityy. The method of accomplishing such prezoning shall be
the same as that for changing zones on property within the
City. Such zoning shall become effective at such time as
the annexation becomes effective.”
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
December, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine
