RESOLUTION NO. 1217
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, DIRECTING NOTICE OF FILING OF ASSESSMENT AND OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HERRING THEREOF.
(Assessment District No. 2-1964)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Carlsbad, Cali-
fornia> as follows:
That the City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby autho-
rized and directed to give notice of the filing by the Engineer of
lnjork of said City of his Assessment No. 2-1964, made to cover the
cost and expenses of the work done upon those streets and propertie:
in the City of Carlsbad described in Section 1 of Resolution of
Intention No. 1164; the City Clerk is further directed to give
notice of the time and placeo to be fixed by the City Clerk, when
all persons interested in said work or assessment wil be heard by
said Council, by posting, mailing and publishing such notice in
manner and form required by law, requiring all persons interested
therein and feeling aggrieved thereby, to file in writing their
appeals therefrom, prior to the day filed for said hearing. Such
notice shall be published twice in the Carlsbad Journals a newspapel
published and circulated weekly in said City and hereby designated
for that purpose. The first publication of such notice shall be
not less than fifteen (15) days before the time fixed for such
hearing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 1st day of February, 1966, by the following vott
to wit:
