RESOLUTION NO. 1218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROVING ASSESSHENT DISTRICT MAP.
(Proposed Assessment District No. 3-1965)
WHEREAS, plans designated "Improvement Plan and Profile for
Acacia Avenue, Project No. 5-6, Drawing No. 146-lo", consisting of
three sheets numbered 1 thru 3, and specifications designated
"Contract Documents and Construction Specifications No. 3-1965",
providing for certain street improvements in the City of Carlsbad
have been presented to this City Council and proceedings for the
improvement are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated "Plat of Assess
ment District No. 3-1965", showing the boundaries of the territory
benefited by said proposed work and to be assessed therefor, has
been presented to this Council and examined; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said work has been filed with
this City Council by the Engineer for said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Cali<fornia, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said plans and specifications are hereby
approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. That said assessment district map is hereby approve
and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 1st day of February,
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Dunne, ldeiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine.
NOES: N3NE
ABSENT: NONE
