RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO, 1223 __
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN STREET.
IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
:s follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby declai
ts intention to vacate that certain portion of Valley Street,
ocated within the City of Carlsbad, County-of San Diego, State of
alifornia, and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
eference incorporated herein.
2. Reference is hereby made to a map entitled "Street Vacatior . 1" on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of
arlsbad for particulars as to said proposed street vacation.
3. The City Council elects to proceed under the provisions of
he Street Vacation Act of 1941.
4. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council chambers
t 2960 Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 7:30 P,M. on
March 15, , 1966 for the purpose of hearing all
ersons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
ouncil of the City o$ Carlsbad held on the 15
1966, by the following vote, to wit:

AYES: Dunne, Neiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine.
NOES: None
