6 WHEREAS, on November 22, 1965, a petition was filed with the

3.0 li 1 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad DOES // HEREBY RESOLVE AND DECLARE as follows: 11

1. That said petition has been filed with the City Clerk as
aforesaid.
2. That said petition does not bear sufficient signatures to
I waive investigation proceedings required by Division 4, of the
Streets and Highway Code of the State of California.

3. That said petition is hereby approved, but that further work1 I I shall not be done pursuant thereto until such time as the Health
Officer of the City of Carlsbad shall have certified that the in-
stallation of said sewer is necessary as a health measure.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City council of the City j
