BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad tha
the installation of sanitary sewers in Date Avenue, Olive Avenue
and a portion of Garfield Street, in the City of Carlsbad, County
ceedings should be initiated for the construction of said sanitary j
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 1st day of March, 1966, by the following vote9
of San Diego, State of California, be, and it is hereby found and
declared to be necessary as a'health measureg and that assessment
proceedings should be initiated to install said sanitary sewers;and
