HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-03-01; City Council; Resolution 1230RESOLUTION NO. 1230 25 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPOINTING PERSON TO PREPARE ALL PROCEEDINGS. (Assessment District No. 1-1966) RESOLVED that STUART C. NILSON, be, and he is hereby appointed I/ and 6 7 8 9 as attorney to prepare all resolutions, notices and other papers and proceedings for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter authorized by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for the pro- 31 32 -('posed improvement of Assessment Disttict No- 1-1966 in said City of 1 10 I i '1 of rights of way, but shall be for the preparation of all resolution Carlsbad; and 11 12 13 14 15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Stuart C. Wilson shall re- e as compensation for the doing and performance of said work the I of Two Per Cent (2%) of the contract price, not including inci- 1 f dentals; but in no event shall the amount of compensation, which the said Stuart C. Wilson shall receive, be less than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS/ ($lOO.OQ.); and 1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said compensation shall be paid as foll ows: (a) Three-fourths (3/4ths) at the time of signing the contract with the contractor who may be awarded said contract by this Body. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of arlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of Marchs 1966, y the following vote, to wit: AYES: -Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Hughes and Jardine.
