RESOLUTION NO. 1232
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DIRECTING
CATIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS.
(Assessment District No. 1-1966)
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFI-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that
WAYNE P. LILL, Engineer of Work, be and he is hereby directed to
prepare plans and specifications for said proposed work; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work shall
be taken in accordance with the provisions of the “Improvement Act
of 1911” Under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Wayne P. Lill, be and he
is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and the
district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayne P. Lil13 is hereby directed
to denominate said plans, “Improvement P1 ans for Sanitary Sewers
in A.D. 1-1966“, and that said Engineer shall designate said spec-
ifications for such proposed improvement, “Contract Documents and
Specifications for A.D. 1-1966”.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare an estimate of the cost for the con-
struction of said work and improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare a wage scale to be paid to persons
employed in the construction of said work and improvements.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
1 Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 1st day c~f March9 1966,
2 by the following voteg to wit:
3 AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Illughes and Jardine.
4 NOES: None.
5 ABSENT: Councilman Atkinson.
