A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE A - PORTION OF A CERTAIN STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad

1, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
