A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, did, upon 1
the 15th day of March, 1966, adopt plans and specifications for the ,
construction of certain street improvements , and appurtenances and
appurtenant work on Madison Street, et al, as described in Resolutio
of Intention No. 1221; and

Section 2. Said general prevailing rates shall be specified
in the call for bids for said contract and in the contract itself.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 15th day of March, 1966,
by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting
of the Council held on said date by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, Neiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
