A RESOLUT1O)i OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING PETITION.
(Assessment District 2-1966)
MHEREAS, on August 24, 1965, a petition was filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, wherein petitioners requested
the construction and installation of a sanitary sewer in Adams
Street, Chinquapin AvenueJ Harrison Street, Highland Drive, Hill-
side Drive, Hoover Street, Park Drive, Locust Avenue and Easements
of Public Rights of Way to be provided for;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DECLARE as follows:
1. That said petition has been filed with the City ClerR as
aforesaid.
2. That said petition does bear sufficient signatures to waiv
investigation proceedi ngs requi red by Division 4, of the Streets
and Highway Code of the State of California.
3. That said petition is hereby approved, but that further
work shall not be done pursuant thereto unti? such time as the
Health Officer of the City of Carlsbad shall have certified that
the installation of said sewer is necessary as a health measure.
PASSED,. APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of March,
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunneg Neiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
