RESOLUTION NO. 1243
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REQUESTING
TIOM OF SANITARY SEWERS.
OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER, AND BE- CLARING THE NECESSITY OF INSTALL-
(Assessment District No. 2-1966)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
that the installation of sanitary sewers in Adams Street, Chinquap-
in Avenue, Harrison Street, Highland Drive, Hillside Drive, Hoover
Street, Park Drive, Locust Avenue and Easements of Public Rights
of Way to be provided for, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, be, and it is hereby found and
declared to be necessary as a health measure, and that assessment
proceedings should be initiated to install said sanitary sewers; an(
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad, be, and she is hereby directed, to advise the Health
Officer of the City of Carlsbad that it is the finding of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad that the installation of such
sanitary sewers is necessary as a health measure and that said
Health Officer be requested to investigate said proposed installatic
of sewers, and if the said Health Officer feels that the installatic
of sewers in said street is necessary as a health measure, to advise
this City Councjl that such is the case and to recommend that assess
ment proceedings should be fnitiated for the construction of said
sanitary sewers.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 15th day of Marchs 1966, by the following vote,
to wit:

NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
