RESOLUTION NO. 1246
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD 9IRECTING
CATIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS.
PREPARATION 'OF PLANS AND SPECIFI-
(Assessment District No. 2-1966)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
that WAYNE P. LILL, Engineer of Work, be and he is hereby directed
to prepare plans and specifications for said proposed work; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work
shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Improve-
ment Act of 7911" under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter
adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Wayne P. Lill be and he
is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and thc
district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improvemeni
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Wayne P. Lill, is hereby directec
to denominate said plans, "Improvement Plans for Sanitary Sewers
in A.D. 2-1966", and that said Engineer shall designate said spec-
ifications for such proposed improvement, "Contract Dacuments and
Specifications for A.D. 2-1966".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare an estimate of the cost for the con-
struction of said work and improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare a wage scale to be paid to persons
employed in the construction of said work and improvements.
