orized and directed to give notice of the filing by the Engineer of
Work of said City of his assessment No. 1-1964, made to cover the
cost and expenses of the work done upon those streets and propertiesl
in the City of Carlsbad described in Section 1 of Resolution of
Intention No. 1128; the City Clerk is further directed to give notic
of the time and place, to be fixed by the City Clerk, when all per-
sons interested in said work or assessment will be heard by said
Council, by posting, mailing and publishing such notice in the
manner and form required by law, requiring all persons interested
therein and feeling aggrieved thereby, to tile in writing their
appeals therefrom, prior to the day fixed for said hearing.
