RESOLUTION NO. 1253 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSLBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF PARK MANOR NO. 1 SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 8th day of March, 1966, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map of Park Manor No. 7 subdivision be approved; and i WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 5th i day of April, 1966, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 1 i I of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tentativ map of PARK MANOR NO. 1 SUBDIVISION, subject to the following requi rernents and condi tions being performed by the Subdivider: 1 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be i supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be i sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any part of this subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivi- i sion as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. i I 5. One (1) Standard six-inch (6") fire hydrant shall be at the/ following locations: (a) The lot line of Lots 15 and 16. I i (b) The corner of proposed street and Lot 22. I i 6. There shall be a wharf type hydrant located at the end of each cul-de-sac street. 7. The subdivision design as proposed generally complies with the standards of the City of Carlsbad; however as a condition to approval of the tentative maps subdivider shall cause that parcel, outside the subdivision, now shown as reserved for street purposes I, i) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 ' 161 l? 18 19 20 21 22 .23// i I I between Lots 21 and 22, to be improved to City street standards and dedicated for public street and right of way purposes from its intersection with Park Drive to its intersection with the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Lot 22. 8. Distribution utility facilities for all lots within the boundaries of the subdivision shall be placed underground as required by ordinance. 9. Qrnamental street lighting for all streets shall be providec I for as required by ordinance. and recommended to be improved and dedicated shall be named. 13. All improvements shall comply with the standard plans and prior to issuance of building permits on any of the lots. 11. Location, grade and details of proposed improvements as indicated upon the tentative map will be subject to revisions as required for improvement plans and approval of the map will not imply acceptance as submitted. i 241 i streets. Surface drainage of storm waters to Park Drive will be satisfactory. Water mainsg including 1" diameter services to each lot shall be constructed as required by the City. 28. Sanitary sewers i ncl udi ng required manhol es and appurten- ances with four (4) inch diameter service laterals for each lot shall be constructed as required by the City. 21. The approval of the tentative map shall be contingent upon 14 15 16' 17 18 l9 20 21 22 23 construction of any improvement is commenced. 24. The subdivider shall furnish the U.S. Post Office, Carlsba I California, with a copy of the final subdivision map. 1 1 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tentative I 1 map. ! PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City I of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, by the following vote, to wit: 1 24 25 26 AYES: Dunne, Neiswender, Atkinson, Hughes and Jardine.
