CARLSBAD RESCINDING ALL PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTIQN 2EGARDING EXECUTION OF DOCUXENTS AND ACCEPTING, APPPOVING A??D AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBSTITUTED DOCUMENTS,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City up CarlSba-d tha

3f any documents regarding the building of a parking lot ir, the
zeneral vicinity of the Southwest corner of the intersection of El
=amino Real and Vista Way (which said documents Involve the Carlsbad
Jarking Lease Corporation, a California Corporation} is hereby
rescinded and the council does hereby approve and. authorize the
rxacution of certain substituted documents involving CABLSBAD
"?ICING AUTI-IQRITY, to wit: Escrow Instructions and Sublease and
igreement; and the accepting of GRAND DEED from Plazs Camino f?ezl,
PASSED, APPPOVED AFD ADOPTED at il regular meeting of the City
:ouncil held April 19, 1966, by the following vote, to 1~j-t:
AYES: Cmn. Neiswender, Atkinson, Dunne and Jardine.
NOES: None.
