RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI CARLSBAD ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A
BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM TIIE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a Master Agreeme diture of funds allocated from has been entered into by the (3. after’referred to as the City, Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a Budget Proposal showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1966-67 -- Fiscal Year; and,
