RESOLUTION NO. 1281
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD OVERRULING ALL
ING THE ASSESSMENT AND CONFIRMING THE REGULARITY OF PROCEEDINGS.
(Assessment District No. 1-1964)
PROTESTS ON THE ASSESSMENT, CQNFIRM-
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of April 1966, the Engineer of Work
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad his assessment to
represent the cost and expense of the work and improvement for the
work done upon those streets and properties in the City of Carlsbad
ordered by Resolution No. 1152 of the City of Carlsbad, and as said
work and improvement was done by Sim J. Harris Company, said work
being more particularly described in Resolution of Intention No.
1128; and
MHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad has duly give]
notice of publication, posting, and mailing in the time and manner
provided by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time of
hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has taken sI
assessment under consideration and has received all oral and docu-
mentary evidence, and any and all protests, relating to the assess-
ment, proceedings heretofore had, and the proper completion of the
work and improvement for which the assessment has been issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad that all protests, if any, as the same appear
upon the minutes of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at the
date set for hearing be, and they are hereby overruled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all proceedings prior to the date
of hearing, relating to said assessment, and all acts and determin-
ations of all officers and employees of the City of Carlsbad, in
relation to said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said assessment and the diagram
and warrant attached thereto be, and the same is hereby confirmed
by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Engineer of CIjork is hereby
ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and diagram t~ Sim J.
Harris Company, the Contractor, forthwith upon the payment by him
of the balance of the incidental expenses due th?reon, and the
warrant shall bear the date of this order. I PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
