HomeMy WebLinkAbout1966-07-05; City Council; Resolution 12832 9 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 RESOLUTION NO. 1283 MHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 28th day of June, 1966, recommended to the City Co nci' that the tentative map of CARLSBAD INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of of Carlsbad on the 5th day of July, 1966, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOA, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tenta- tive map of CARLSBAD INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION, subject to the following requirements and conditions being performed by the Sub- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF CARLSBAD INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION. 16 17 divider: 1. In the event that access be provided to the lots adjacent to El Camino Real from El Cainino Real, additional hydrants shall be added to this Subdivision as follows: (a) (30) (c) 7. Location, grade and details of proposed improvements as in- dicated upon the Tentative Map will be subject to revisions as re- quired for improvement plans, and approval of the map will not imply acceptance as submitted. 11. Street widths as shown are satisfactory. 12. All improvements shall comply with the Standard Plans and Specifications of the City of Carlsbad. 13. Street pavement structures in all internal streets shall be designed to support the anticipated commercial traffic use. Street pavement structures in El Camino Real shall meet the San Diego County Road Department Design Standards and be of sufficient width to provide one (1) parking lane and one (1) driving lane. 14. Type IIG" concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in 311/ all streets. Concrete cross gutters shall be located as required 1 2 :3 for drainage. No sidewalks shall be required on any streets abutting or within the subdivision, provided however, that subdivider shall waive any and all access rights to lots within the subdivision fronting El Camino Real. 16. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shall be installed. 17. Surface drainage of storm waters in El Camino Real shall be satisfactory. Surface drainage of storm waters in all other streets to points of concentration will be satisfactory. Adequate be subject to approval of the City Engineer. Complete plans and specifications shall be submitted as required for checking and approval before construction of any improvement is commenced. l611 18. Mater mains and appurtenances, including connection to I 17 18 Carlsbad Municipal Water District transmission main, regulating station and one (1) inch diameter minimum services to each lot 23 24 25 26 27 28 tenances with four (4) inch diameter minimum service laterals for each lot shall be constructed as required by the City. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of July, 1966, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Northing, Neiswender, Atkinson, Dunne and NOES: None.
