&E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, 1 that WAYNE P. LILL, Engineer of Work, be and he is hereby directed

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work shall
be taken into accordance with the provisions of the “Improvement
Act of 1911“ under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter adopted. 12
13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said Wayne P. Lill be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare a map showing the boundaries and 14

the district to be assessed for the said proposed work and improve-
ment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha Wayne P. Lill is hereby directed
to denominate said ns, “Construction Plan for the improvement of
James Drive, Project No. 6-19, Dwg. #lSO- and that said Engineer
shall designate said specifications for such proposed improvement /I “Contract Documents and Construction Specifications for Improvement 21
of James Drive, A.D. No. 3-1966“. 22
23 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is 11 hereby directed to prepare an estimate of the cost for the construc- 24

tion of said work and improvements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Wayne P. Lill be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare a wage scale to be paid to persons em-
ployed in the construction of said work and improvements. 1
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
