A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DESIGNATING CERTAIN STOP INTERSECTIONS AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the intersection of Roosevelt Street and Oak Avenue is
hereby designated a stop intersection and all vehicles entering said
intersection from Oak Avenue are hereby required to stop at the
entrance to said intersection.
2. That the intersection of Oak Avenue and State Street is
hereby designated a stop intersection and all vehicles entering said
intersection, traveling southerly on State Street, are hereby re-
quired to stop at said entrance to said intersection.
That no person shall park any vehicle in the City owned 3.

parking lot located on Carlsbad Boulevard between the San Diego Gas
and Electric Company warm water jetty and the Agua Hedionda Lagoon
jetty, between the hours of 2:00 A. $1. and 4:OO A. M.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held July 19, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:
Jardine. AYES: Councilmen Worthing, Neiswender, Atkinson, Dunne and
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
