RESOLUTION NO. 1285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANNOUNCING FINDIlUGS AND DECISION RELATING TO
THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE
REGARDING TEMPORARY REAL ESTATE OFFICES AND SIGNS.
NO. 9060, SECTIONS 1507 AND 1508,
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of June, 1966, the Carlsbad Planning
Commission adopted Resolution No. 444, which is herewith referred tc
and made a part hereof; and
NHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council has published notice that
a hearing would be held on July 19, 1966, at 7:OO o'clock P.M., at
which hearing the proposed amendment would be considered; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received all recommendations ar
heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed amendmev
and
WHEREAS, the City Council did refer its findings to the
Plann

ng Commission and did request a further report from the
ng Commission on the matter; and
UHEREAS, the Planning Commission did give its further report
on the matter to the City Council ;
Noh, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby find, and adopt as the findings of the City Council the
recommendations of the Planning Commission as set forth in the abov
referenced resolution and report of the Planning Commission.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED by the City Council that the approval
of the proposed amendment is necessary t
