The following standard rates, with step increases set forth thereafter, are hereby established as the salary plan for RESOLUTION NO. 1293 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ADOPTING THE SALARY PLAN AND WORK CONDITIONS FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FOR THE 1966-67 FISCAL YEAR. Double step increases or step increases in less than the normal time of service, may be permitted for exceptional work performance or unusual employment conditions. 2. Additional compensation for extra duties of the Cit be as follows: POSITION EXTRA COMPENSATION OF WORK HOL I DAYS HOURS City Clerk $507.00 per month 40 11 In accordance with Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1040 the compen- sation of the City Manager is hereby set at $1,178.75 per month, as of July 1, 1965 and further in accordance with Section 2.39 it shall be the duty of the City Manager to devote his entire time tc the duties of his office in the interests of the city.
