A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING PRECISE PLAN.
14:
I The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
precise plan back to the Planning Commission for further study and
to be held by the City Council to consider the herein adopted
precise plan.
16 4. That the City Council does hereby adopt as a precise
17 plan tha certain map designated Tentative Map of Laguna Riviera
2. That a public hearing was held pursuant to said notice

at which time evidence and testimony from all persons desiring to 1
Subdivis n, dated May 6, 1966, showing the location of lots, streets,
etc., on the property described by said map. Said map is by this
reference incorporated herein.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 16th day of August , 1966, by the
following vote, to wit:
