RESOLUTION NO. 1297
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND DECISION RELATING TO THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 9060, ARTICLE 9, REGARDING R-T ZONING.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1966, the Carlsbad City
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 451 which is herewith
referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council has published notice that
a hearing would be held on August 16, 1966, at 7:OO o'clock P.M., at
which hearing the proposed amendment would be considered; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received all recommendations and
I heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed amendment
NOM, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby ffnd, and adopt as the findings of the City Council the recom
mendations of the Planning Commission as set forth in the above
