I Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as EoLlows;:
1. That it does hereby correct City Council Resolution
No, 1208 by correcting that certain document referred to therein,
dated December 8, 1965, entitled Report from Eire Department to
City Council Regarding the Meed Abatement Program, 'to read as
shown on that certain report attached to this Resolution and by
this reference incorporated herein,
2, That it does hereby approve and ratify the Eiling 0f
said corrected report, pursuant to Government Code Section 39579
with the San Diego County Auditor,
PASSED APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting sf the
City Council held II 1966, by the followi
vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Worthing, Neiswender, Atkinson, Dunne and
NOES: None. Jardine.
