RESOLUTION NO. 1316
3 UTION QF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD URGING EXTENDED TELEPHONE SERVICE IN NORTHERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the Pub1 i c Uti 1 i ti es Commi ssi on has been requested
to consider the adoption of extended tel ephone service in Northern
San Diego County; and
WHZREAS, the existence of a telephone zone line in the City
of Carlsbad creates problems and inconveniences; and
WHEREAS, the City Council feels that this is an urgent problem
that should be corrected,
idQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council go on
record as urging the adoption of extended telephone service in
Northern San Diego County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
ATTE
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held October 4, 1966, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYE,S: Councilmen Worthing, Neiswender, Atkinson, Dunne and
NOES: None Jardine
ABSENT: None
