RESOLUTION NO. 1320
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF CARLSBAD, REQUESTING THE STATE LIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
TO PREPARE A POPULATION SURVEY AND
MENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
WHEREAS, it is provided in Section 194.2, Streets and Highway

WHEREAS, said Section 194.2 provides that the Department of
-inance may make the estimate if in the opinion of the Department
there is available adequate information upon which to base the

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
IOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
That pursuant to the provisions of Sections 194.2, Streets
and Highway Code of the State of California, this City Council
hereby requests the State of California, Department of Finance, to
estimate the increase in population of the City of Carlsbad since
the last Federal census.
That said City shall provide such data as requested by the
Department of Finance.
That said City shall reimburse said Department of Finance
for services performed when the work is completed.
