RESOLUTION NO. 1323
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES AND DIRECTING RECORDING THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
that it does hereby accept that conveyance to the City of Carlsbad
made by the attached Deed signed by Sidney A. Fuller and Jean C.
Fuller as Grantors, and does hereby authorize and direct the City
Clerk of the City of Carlsbad to cause said Deed to be recorded
in the official Records of the County of San Diego, State of Calif-
ornia.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting
meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of October, 1966,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Worthing, Neiswender, Dunne and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Atkinson.
