RESOLUTION NO. 1339
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
that it does hereby accept that conveyance to the City of Carlsbad
made by the attached Deed signed by - HISASHI HONDA and
KIYOME HONDA, Husband and Wife, As Joint Tenants
as Grantor (s), and does hereby authorize and direct the City
Clerk of the City of Carlsbad to cause said Deed to be recorded
in the Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of
Cali forni a.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held December 6, 1966, by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: Worthing, Neiswender, Dunne, and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Atkinson.
